Welcome to Simplified Rent Agreement. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to the services provided through our website for the preparation, drafting, execution, and registration of Leave & License Agreements.

2. Nature of Our Services

We provide professional services related to Leave & License Agreements, including document preparation, drafting, coordination, online registration assistance, biometric scheduling (where applicable), and other related support. Since these are service-based offerings that involve immediate allocation of resources and processing, they are non-refundable.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Simplified Rent Agreement are final and non-refundable.

• Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, no refund will be issued.
• This applies regardless of whether the agreement drafting, document verification, appointment scheduling, or registration process has commenced.
• No refunds will be provided if the customer decides not to proceed after placing the order.
• No refunds will be granted due to changes in personal circumstances, change of mind, or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received. As our team begins processing the request immediately after confirmation, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including identity documents, property details, and other information required for preparing and registering the Leave & License Agreement.

Any delays or inability to complete the service due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid information submitted by the customer will not qualify for any refund.

6. Government Fees & Third-Party Charges

Government registration fees, stamp duty, biometric charges, courier charges, and any third-party service charges (where applicable) are governed by their respective authorities or service providers and are also non-refundable.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the requested service due to reasons solely attributable to us, we may, at our sole discretion, offer an alternative solution or reschedule the service. This does not create any obligation to provide a refund.
